Additional Class times have been added to the schedule for “Classic Hot Pilates”
Starting July 1st we will have these added class times for Classic Hot Pilates:
Mon / Wed / Fri: 8:15 – 9:15 a.m.
Tue / Thu / Sat / Sun: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Tue / Thu: 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
Wed: 8:30 p.m.
*Available to all with regular passes/membership.
What is Classic Hot Pilates?
Classic Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with higher intensity interval training and is performed in a heated room.
Classic Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a strong core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.
How does it work?
Classic Hot Pilates combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. The Pilates principles sculpt you body, creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting detoxification.
